Maryland

The Law:

Felons in prison, on parole, or on probation cannot vote. In 2007, Maryland passed the "Voter Registration Protection Act," which provides for the automatic restoration of the right to vote to all people once they complete their full sentence, including probation or parole, regardless of the number or type of felony convictions they have.
