Nevada

The Law:

Felons on probation, in prison, or on parole cannot vote.  Former felons with repeat convictions, or first-time violent felons will be prohibited from voting beyond the completion of their sentence. First-time non-violent felons have their right to vote automatically restored upon the completion of their sentence. In 2003, Nevada passed legislation permitting automatic restoration of voting rights for first-time, non-violent felons upon the completion of their sentence.
