Wyoming
The Law:
Felons on probation, in prison or on parole cannot vote. Former felons who are repeat offenders or first-time violent offenders will remain disfranchised after completion of their sentence, unless they seek a pardon from the Governor. First-time non-violent offenders are eligible to apply for restoration of voting rights five years after the completion of their sentence.
